At More4less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you may return/exchange it within 30 days of the sale date, provided that it meets the following guidelines:

All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be intact and included as they were received.

More4less will send a paid return slip for you to print out. More4less will apply this to qualifying exchanges as well. In the case of a refund, More4less will issue it promptly (within 3 days). More4less is not responsible for any additional turnover time caused by your financial institution.

Shipping
To better serve customers and add additional savings to each order, More4less covers your shipping costs. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Products are shipped from Burlington, Ky Shipping time varies depending on weather, location, and any unforeseen postal circumstances. On average, customers receive their items two to three business days after they are shipped. Just so you know, once USPS has your package, it's out of the hands of More4less, which is responsible for USPS. More4less will assist in providing information; however, you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for lost, damaged, and missing products.Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 9 p.m. Eastern time will be processed that evening. Items will be packaged, and a dispatch email with tracking will be sent out.Please keep More4less@More4lessshop.org out of your spam box. I promise More4less doesn't spam your inbox. I've yet to send out any non-order communications to customers. Promotional items will be accessible via social media.
Orders placed outside of the above-listed time will be processed over the weekend and handed over to USPS on Monday.

Please keep in mind all weather events or delays posted on the USPS website. Also, USPS takes about 24 hours before providing online tracking updates from the tracking number I provide you.
An example of the order process:
- Bob places an order at 7 pm Tuesday
- Bob receives a confirmation email within minutes of placing the order
- The order shows up in the system for More4less to process (within an hour)
- The order will be pulled from stock and processed that evening.
- Once the order is placed, shipping tracking and updates are sent via email to Bob from More4less
- More4less will drop the package off at the post office the following morning.
- The post office will update tracking information on its website within 24 hours of collection
- Bob received the item in 3 days, left a great review, and became a returning friend of More4less
If you receive a package that has been damaged or missing items, please hold onto the package and contact More4less with photos and any information that can be used to file a report with USPS. This is a painful process that will take both More4less and the customer to resolve an issue for which neither of us is at fault.
I will always support customers and advocate on your behalf if an issue occurs. I've shipped over 1000 items at the time of this entry and only had 1 damaged item and 1 missing item. Knock on wood, pretty good odds! As for items being late, 80% arrive in 3/4 days. Around the holidays, I tend to have more delays, with my longest being 7 days.
